Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The hardened steel holds up well against abrasive filaments that would have ruined a brass nozzle in an hour. Only giving 4 stars because the price is a bit steep, but quality justifies it.

Essential for high-speed printing

Seamless replacement

Great durability, slightly longer heat-up
The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. I noticed it takes about 10 seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to the stock brass nozzle, but the ability to print glass-filled nylon makes it worth it.

No more clogs!
I was constantly clearing clogs with my old setup when printing glitter PLA. Since installing this upgraded assembly, I haven't had a single jam. The smooth internal surface really helps filament flow.

A: No firmware update is strictly required for hardware compatibility, but we always recommend running the latest firmware version on your Bambu Lab printer to ensure optimal performance and calibration features.

Q: Can I use this to print pure carbon fiber filament?
A: While the hardened steel nozzle can handle abrasive materials like carbon-fiber-filled PLA or PETG, we do not recommend printing 100% pure carbon fiber rods or highly abrasive composites without verifying specific filament manufacturer guidelines, as they may still cause excessive wear over time.
