Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

I switched to this hardened steel nozzle assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The ceramic heater block maintains temperature much more consistently than the stock aluminum one. Installation took about 20 minutes.

Great quality, instructions could be better

The build quality of the hotend is excellent. It feels very sturdy and the fit on my Kobra 3 was precise. I deducted one star because the included paper instructions were a bit vague regarding wire routing, but online videos helped clarify.

Solved my clogging issues

I was constantly getting clogs with my old setup when printing at higher speeds. This V2 assembly with the ceramic block has completely eliminated that problem. My print success rate has gone up significantly since installing this.

Excellent thermal performance

The heat retention on this unit is impressive. I can print ABS without an enclosure now and get great layer adhesion. The hardened steel nozzle shows no signs of wear after 2kg of filament.

Good product but pricey
