Return Policy
We accept returns for new, unused items shipped to the United States. You may return an item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, or if you change your mind and no longer want the product, as long as you meet the conditions below.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return your item when eligible and place a new order.
Time limit
You must start your return request within 30 days of the delivery date on your order tracking.
Condition of items
Items must be new, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging when applicable. Used, washed, altered, incomplete, or non-resalable items may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount.
How to return
Contact customer service before you ship anything back. We will send you the return address and instructions by email. Returns sent without approval may be rejected or delayed.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless we confirm the return is because the item was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
Restocking fee
For returns that are not due to our error (for example, change of mind), we may deduct a USD $10 restocking fee per returned item from your refund. We do not charge this fee for eligible defective, damaged, or wrong-item returns after we confirm eligibility.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are usually processed within about 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take extra time to show the credit.
