Superior thermal retention
The material choice for the heater block makes a noticeable difference when printing with ABS or ASA. It maintains temperature even during high-speed travel moves. Highly recommended upgrade.

Restored my printer to factory performance

Perfect replacement for my A1 mini
My original hotend developed a crack after a year of heavy use. This replacement fit perfectly and the temperature stability is excellent. The ceramic sheet heats up much faster than my old setup.

Works well but instructions could be clearer
The part itself is fantastic and resolved my heating errors. However, as a beginner, I found the disassembly of the old unit a bit tricky. Once installed, it works flawlessly.

Great quality, easy install
The synthetic stone aluminum block feels very durable. Installation took about 15 minutes following the official guide. Only giving 4 stars because the silicone sock was slightly tight, but it works fine.
Q: Can I use this for printing high-temperature materials like Polycarbonate?
A: While the heater block can reach temperatures up to 300°C, please check your specific printer model's firmware limits and frame compatibility before attempting to print high-temperature engineering filaments like Polycarbonate.
Q: Does this come with a new nozzle or just the block and heater?
A: This package includes the complete hotend assembly with the heater block, ceramic sheet, thermistor, and heatbreak. It does not include a separate nozzle; you can reuse your existing M6 nozzle or purchase one separately.
Q: How difficult is the installation process for someone with no technical background?
A: The installation is straightforward if you follow the step-by-step video guide on our support page. It involves removing four screws and disconnecting two cables. Basic hand tools are required, and the process typically takes 15-20 minutes.
