Saves energy efficiently

Perfect for Smart Home Automation
This sensor is incredibly accurate. Unlike passive infrared sensors, it detects even slight movements like typing on a keyboard, so the lights never turn off while I'm working. The Bluetooth configuration app is intuitive and easy to use.

Finally, a sensor that sees stationary people
I installed this in my home office. Previous motion sensors would turn off the lights if I sat still reading. The LD2410B detects breathing and micro-movements, keeping the lights on exactly when needed. The light sensor integration is a nice bonus.

Solid performance for the price
Works great with Home Assistant. The UART output allows for deep integration if you don't want to use Bluetooth. Only giving 4 stars because the documentation could be slightly more detailed for advanced users.

Great sensitivity, minor setup learning curve
The millimeter wave technology works as advertised. It took me a few tries to set the detection zones correctly to avoid triggering from outside the room, but once configured, it has been flawless. Highly recommend for DIY smart home projects.

Excellent range and reliability
Mounted on the ceiling, it covers my entire living room without any blind spots. The ability to adjust sensitivity and distance via the app makes it very versatile. Build quality feels solid too.
Q: What is the maximum detection distance?
A: The maximum configurable detection distance is up to 6 meters. You can customize the detection range and sensitivity zones using the Hi-Link mobile application.
Q: Does this work through glass or thin wooden doors?
A: Millimeter waves can penetrate non-metallic materials like plastic, wood, and glass to some extent. However, for optimal accuracy, we recommend line-of-sight installation or mounting within the room being monitored.
Q: Can I integrate this with Home Assistant?
A: Absolutely. The sensor supports UART output and Bluetooth, both of which have well-documented integrations available within the Home Assistant community.
Q: Is the Bluetooth connection secure for home use?
A: Yes, the module utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.0 with standard encryption protocols suitable for smart home configurations. Configuration is local and does not require cloud access.
Q: Can this sensor detect people who are sitting completely still?
