Good value, easy install
Installation took less than 10 minutes. The fan works well, though I wish the cable was slightly longer. Overall a solid purchase for the price.

Does the job
Functionality is exactly as described. It matches the OEM specifications perfectly. Deducting one star only because shipping took a bit longer than expected.

Restored my printer to life
The old fan failed completely, causing heat creep issues. This new fan resolved the problem instantly. Highly recommend keeping a spare on hand.

Quiet and efficient
I was worried about noise levels, but this fan is very quiet even at high speeds. Airflow seems strong enough for PLA and PETG printing.

Perfect replacement for my Q2
My original fan started making noise after a year of use. This replacement fits perfectly and is surprisingly quiet. Print quality has improved immediately due to consistent cooling.

Excellent build quality
The bearings feel smooth and the housing is sturdy. No wobble or vibration during operation. A reliable part for any Q2 owner.
Q: Does the package include the mounting screws?
A: Yes, the package includes two mounting screws required for installation on the Q2 hotend assembly.
Q: Is this fan compatible with the QIDI X-Max model?
A: No, this specific fan is designed exclusively for the QIDI Q2 model. Please check our store for fans compatible with the X-Max series.
Q: Can I use this fan for 12V systems if I adjust the voltage?
A: This fan is strictly rated for 24V DC. Using it with a 12V system will result in insufficient airflow and potential motor stalling. We do not recommend it.
Q: What is the expected lifespan of this fan under continuous operation?
A: Under normal operating conditions, this dual ball bearing fan is rated for approximately 50,000 hours of continuous use.
Q: How difficult is the replacement process for a beginner?
A: The process is straightforward and typically requires only a small hex key. We provide a step-by-step guide in the product manual included in the box.
