Easy swap
I was worried about installing this myself, but the online guides made it easy. The printer heats up faster now and maintains temperature better during long prints.

Good upgrade part
Solid replacement part. It handles the heat well and seems more durable than the stock component. Took off one star because shipping took a bit longer than expected.

Solid material quality
The zirconia ceramic is dense and well-machined. Dimensions match the original specs exactly. Installation required careful handling as ceramics can be brittle if dropped.

Essential for high-temp prints
I print with engineering materials that require stable high temperatures. This zirconia block provides excellent insulation, keeping the heat where it needs to be without wasting energy.

Great value
Much cheaper than buying the official assembly just for this part. The Mellow brand has been reliable for me in the past, and this item continues that trend.
Q: Do I need any special tools to install this?
A: No special tools are required. A standard hex key set and tweezers for handling small components are usually sufficient for the replacement process.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab A1 or just the mini version?
A: This insulation block is fully compatible with both the standard Bambu Lab A1 and the A1 mini models, as well as the H2D hotend assembly.
Q: Is this an official Bambu Lab part?
A: No, this is a third-party compatible part manufactured by Mellow. It is designed to meet or exceed the specifications of the original component.
Q: Does this come with new heating wires or just the block?
A: This package includes only the ceramic zirconia insulation block. You will reuse your existing heating wires and thermistor from your current assembly.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The ceramic zirconia material can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 1200°C, which is well beyond the requirements of standard 3D printing filaments.
