Perfect fit for my Ender 3 upgrade
The machining quality on this brass tube is excellent. It fit perfectly into my heat sink without any need for forcing or filing. My temperature consistency has improved noticeably since the swap.

Good quality, fast shipping
Solid construction and the copper plating looks nice. I deducted one star only because the thermal paste included was a bit dried out, but otherwise, the part works great.

Superior to stock components
The brass conducts heat much more evenly than the cheaper alternatives I've tried. No more hot spots causing filament jams. Worth every penny for reliable printing.

Excellent CNC work
You can tell this was made with precision tools. The threads are clean, and the seating surface is flat. Highly recommended for anyone doing a hotend overhaul on a CR-10.

Works well but instructions needed

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with my stock hotend. Replacing just this tube and block resolved the issue immediately. The internal bore is very smooth and clean.

A: The brass tube and aluminum heater block are rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, which covers most standard filaments including PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU.
Q: How do I apply the included thermal paste?
A: Apply a thin, even layer of the thermal paste to the top of the brass tube where it contacts the heater block before assembly. This ensures optimal heat transfer between the components.
Q: Can I use this with a silicone sock?
A: Yes, the heater block dimensions follow the standard V6 profile, so most generic V6 silicone socks will fit perfectly over this unit.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle installed?
A: No, the package includes the heat sink tube and heater block only. You will need to use your existing M6 nozzles or purchase them separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the Ender 3 S1?
A: This specific model is designed for the standard V6 hotend found on the Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2, and CR-10 series. The Ender 3 S1 uses a different direct drive hotend system, so this part is not compatible.
