Solved my clogging issues
I was constantly clogging with the original nozzle when trying mixed materials. This hardened steel version has completely eliminated that problem. The flow is consistent and smooth.

Solid performance
Does exactly what it says. The thermal transfer seems efficient, and the hardened tip is definitely necessary if you plan to print anything with carbon or glass fibers. Good value for the price.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The bimetallic construction feels very premium compared to the stock brass nozzle. My only issue was getting the torque right during installation on the Ender-3 V3, but once seated, it works flawlessly.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel kit specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The print quality remains sharp, and there is no sign of nozzle wear after 2kg of filament. Installation on my K1 Max was straightforward.

Easy replacement part
As a beginner, I was worried about swapping internal hotend parts, but the integrated design made it much easier than expected. Fits my K1C perfectly and prints look great.
Q: Does the package include thermal paste?
A: This kit includes the nozzle and heat break assembly only. We recommend applying fresh high-temperature thermal paste to the heater block interface during installation for best results.
Q: Do I need to re-level my bed after installing this?
A: It is always recommended to perform a fresh bed leveling and Z-offset calibration after changing any hotend or nozzle components to ensure optimal first-layer adhesion.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The hardened steel and bimetallic construction are rated safely up to 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering filaments.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it is optimized for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and other non-abrasive filaments as well.
