Solid upgrade
Works exactly as advertised. The quick release is convenient, though I wish it came with a spare silicone sock. Overall, a solid upgrade for serious printing.

Game changer for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel head specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The quick-release mechanism makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast compared to the stock setup.

No more clogs!
I was constantly dealing with clogs using my old brass nozzle. This hardened steel kit solved that problem entirely. The integrated design feels very robust.

Great quality, slightly pricey
The build quality is excellent and the bimetal construction ensures great heat transfer. My only complaint is the price point, but you get what you pay for in terms of durability.

Perfect fit for K2 Plus
Installed in under two minutes without any tools. The print quality improved immediately with less oozing. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their K2 Plus to the limit.
Q: Does this come with different nozzle sizes like 0.6mm or 0.8mm?
A: This specific kit comes with a standard 0.4mm nozzle. Other sizes are sold separately but are compatible with the same quick-release housing.
Q: Can I use this with flexible TPU filament?
A: Yes, the hardened steel material works well with TPU, provided your retraction settings are tuned correctly for flexible materials.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The bimetal hardened steel head is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K2 non-Plus model?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the K2 Plus architecture and may not fit the standard K2 model.
Q: How do I clean the nozzle if it gets blocked?
A: You can use the included cleaning needle while the nozzle is heated, or perform a cold pull. The quick-release feature makes removing the entire head for deep cleaning very easy.
