Long lasting investment

Great upgrade for P2S
Easy to install on my Bambu Lab P2S. The print consistency is amazing, and I love that I don't have to worry about the nozzle wearing out mid-print anymore.

Durable but requires careful installation
The nozzle quality is excellent and feels very robust. Just make sure to tighten it while hot to avoid leaks, as the material expands differently than brass. Once installed correctly, it works flawlessly.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature for this nozzle?
A: The tungsten carbide nozzle is rated for temperatures up to 300°C. Please ensure your hotend heater and thermistor are also rated for these temperatures if you plan to print high-temperature materials.
Q: How does this compare to hardened steel nozzles?
A: Tungsten carbide offers superior abrasion resistance compared to hardened steel, making it last significantly longer when printing highly abrasive materials like carbon fiber or glass-filled filaments.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with regular PLA without changing any settings?
A: Yes, you can use regular PLA. However, because tungsten carbide has different thermal conductivity than brass, you may need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C for optimal flow.
