Long lasting investment
I used to go through brass nozzles every few weeks with my glass-filled nylon. This tungsten carbide nozzle has lasted three months so far with zero degradation in print quality. Worth every penny.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this tungsten carbide nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. After 500 grams of print time, there is absolutely no wear on the tip. Highly recommended for anyone working with composite materials.

Essential for industrial filaments
If you are printing with anything abrasive, do not hesitate to buy this. It handles high-temperature engineering filaments without any issues. A must-have accessory for serious users.

Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price point, but considering the longevity compared to standard nozzles, it balances out.

Great upgrade for P2S
Easy to install on my Bambu Lab P2S. The print consistency is amazing, and I love that I don't have to worry about the nozzle wearing out mid-print anymore.

Durable but requires careful installation
The nozzle quality is excellent and feels very robust. Just make sure to tighten it while hot to avoid leaks, as the material expands differently than brass. Once installed correctly, it works flawlessly.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature for this nozzle?
A: The tungsten carbide nozzle is rated for temperatures up to 300°C. Please ensure your hotend heater and thermistor are also rated for these temperatures if you plan to print high-temperature materials.
Q: How does this compare to hardened steel nozzles?
A: Tungsten carbide offers superior abrasion resistance compared to hardened steel, making it last significantly longer when printing highly abrasive materials like carbon fiber or glass-filled filaments.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with regular PLA without changing any settings?
A: Yes, you can use regular PLA. However, because tungsten carbide has different thermal conductivity than brass, you may need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C for optimal flow.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: This specific model is designed for the P2S and H2 series (H2D, H2S, H2C). While the thread size is similar, we recommend checking the specific hotend assembly compatibility for the X1 Carbon before purchasing.
Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package includes only the nozzle itself. You will need to use the socket wrench or tool provided with your Bambu Lab printer to install it.
