Easy swap for beginners
I was nervous about replacing the hotend myself, but the process was straightforward. The connectors clicked in securely, and the first test print came out perfect. No leaks or temperature fluctuations.

Good quality, slightly tight fit
The part works great and heats up quickly. The only reason for 4 stars is that the silicone sock was a bit difficult to slide on due to tight tolerances, but once installed, prints are flawless.

Perfect replacement for my P1S
My original hotend developed a clog I couldn't clear after months of heavy printing. This assembly was a direct fit. Installation took about 15 minutes following the official guide. Temperature stability is excellent right out of the box.

Restored my printer to full speed
Stopped getting under-extrusion errors immediately after swapping this in. The thermistor readings are accurate compared to my external IR thermometer. Highly recommend keeping a spare of these on hand.
Q: Can I use this for printing abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber Nylon?
A: This unit comes with a standard hardened steel nozzle suitable for mild abrasives. For highly abrasive filaments, we recommend upgrading to a dedicated hardened nozzle variant separately.
Q: Why is my temperature reading fluctuating after installation?
A: Please ensure the thermistor connector is fully seated and the fan duct is not obstructing airflow around the heatbreak. If issues persist, contact support for calibration steps.
Q: Does this come with a new silicone sock and heatbreak?
A: Yes, the assembly includes the heater block, nozzle, thermistor, heating cartridge, heatbreak, and the silicone sock pre-installed.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will need the included hex key set provided with your printer. No soldering is required as the unit comes with pre-attached connectors.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: Yes, this hotend assembly is fully compatible with the X1, X1C, and X1E models, as well as the P1 series.
