Works but pricey
It does the job and fits perfectly on the X1 series hotend. I just feel like it is a bit expensive for such a small component, but I guess that's the cost of proprietary parts.

Good quality, tricky install
The part itself seems very high quality and maintains temperature well. However, removing the old glued-on pad was difficult. Make sure you have good tools and patience before starting.

Back in business!
Saved my printer from becoming a paperweight. Shipping was fast and the packaging protected the fragile ceramic well. Works exactly as described.

Essential spare part
If you run a farm of X1 printers, keep one of these in your spares kit. The ceramic durability is excellent, and having a backup minimizes downtime significantly.

Stable temps for engineering filaments
I print mostly Polycarbonate and need consistent high heat. This ceramic pad holds the temperature steady without fluctuation. Highly recommended for advanced materials.

Perfect replacement for my X1C
My original heating pad failed after a year of heavy use. This ceramic replacement installed easily and heats up much faster than the stock part. My ABS prints are coming out perfect again.
Q: What is the return policy if it arrives broken?
A: Since ceramic components are fragile, we inspect all shipments carefully. If it arrives damaged, please contact support within 48 hours with photos for an immediate free replacement.
Q: Can this reach 300 degrees Celsius safely?
A: Absolutely. The ceramic material is rated for continuous operation at 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering filaments like PEEK or Polycarbonate.
Q: Is this compatible with the P1P or P1S models?
A: No, this specific ceramic heating pad is designed exclusively for the X1, X1-Carbon, and X1E series due to differences in the hotend assembly and connector layout.
Q: How difficult is the installation process?
A: Installation requires disassembling the hotend. While mechanically straightforward, it requires care to avoid damaging surrounding wires. We recommend watching our official tutorial video before attempting.
Q: Does the package include thermal paste?
A: Yes, a small packet of high-temperature thermal paste is included to ensure optimal heat transfer between the ceramic pad and the heater block.
