Perfect fit for X1C
Ordered the 0.6mm version to speed up some large vase mode prints. It dropped right into my X1C hotend without any issues. Flow rate is excellent and layer adhesion is strong. Will definitely buy the 0.8mm next.

Essential for carbon fiber printing
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically to print with CF-PLA and it works flawlessly. The standard brass nozzle wore out after just two spools, but this one shows no signs of degradation after ten spools. Highly recommended for anyone using abrasive filaments.

Best upgrade for the price
For the cost, this is the best upgrade you can make to your Bambu printer if you plan on experimenting with different materials. It gives me peace of mind knowing I won't ruin my hotend trying a new abrasive filament.

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The nozzle itself is top-notch quality and prints are very consistent. I took off one star because getting the old nozzle out required a bit more heat and force than I expected. Once installed though, it's been perfect for my P1S.

Good but requires higher temps
The nozzle is durable, but I noticed I had to increase my printing temperature by about 5-10 degrees compared to brass to get the same flow. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind when dialing in your profiles.

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with glow-in-the-dark filament using the stock nozzle. Since upgrading to this hardened steel version, I haven't had a single clog. The internal surface seems much smoother and more resistant to buildup.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my flow rate after installing this?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to run the flow rate calibration in the printer settings after changing nozzles, especially when switching from brass to hardened steel, as the thermal conductivity differs slightly.
Q: Can I use this with PLA at standard temperatures?
A: Absolutely. While hardened steel nozzles are great for abrasive materials, they work perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS at their normal printing temperatures.
Q: Does this come with a replacement heater block?
A: No, this package includes only the hardened steel nozzle and a cleaning needle. The heater block and thermistor are not included and are not required for installation if your current block is in good condition.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Prusa MK3S?
A: No, this nozzle is specifically designed with an M6 thread and geometry for Bambu Lab P1 and X1 series printers. It is not compatible with Prusa MK3S or other brands without significant modification.
