Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The only minor issue was that the screw terminals were a bit tight, but once connected, the electrical contact is very stable.

Great hardware, steep learning curve
The build quality is excellent and supports all three motor types as advertised. However, beginners should be prepared to read up on STM32 peripherals before getting started.

Best tool for motor control projects
I've tested this with various NEMA motors and small BLDCs. The FOC implementation is smooth and quiet. Highly recommend for university projects or rapid prototyping.

Excellent value for engineers
Compared to other evaluation boards, this offers incredible versatility. Switching between stepper and BLDC modes is straightforward via the software configuration.

Perfect for FOC learning
This board made implementing Field Oriented Control much easier than building a custom PCB from scratch. The documentation is clear, and the example code for PID tuning works out of the box.

Robust industrial prototype
Used this for a conveyor belt prototype. The current sensing is accurate, and the thermal management handles continuous operation well without overheating.
Q: Does this board support sensorless BLDC control?
A: Yes, the firmware supports sensorless FOC algorithms using back-EMF estimation for brushless motors.
Q: What IDE is recommended for programming this board?
A: We recommend using Keil MDK, STM32CubeIDE, or IAR Embedded Workbench. Example projects are provided for STM32CubeIDE.
Q: Does it come with a heatsink pre-installed?
A: The board includes a mounting area for a heatsink, and a standard aluminum heatsink is included in the package for the power stage.
Q: Can I power this directly from a 24V battery?
A: Yes, the board accepts input voltages ranging from 12V to 24V DC directly through the main power terminal.
Q: Is the source code for the FOC algorithm open?
