Excellent value for embedded Linux learning
This board is perfect for getting started with the Allwinner ecosystem. The onboard WiFi works out of the box with the provided TinaSDK image, saving me a lot of configuration time. Great documentation included.

Solid hardware, steep learning curve for SDK
The hardware quality is impressive for the price point. The dual-core A7 handles multitasking well. However, if you are new to TinaSDK, be prepared to spend some time reading the wiki. Once set up, it runs very smoothly.

Great board, minor thermal considerations
Performance is great for general Linux tasks and light AI inference. Do note that under heavy sustained load, the CPU gets warm. I added a small heatsink which solved the issue completely. Highly recommended otherwise.

Perfect for prototyping IoT gateways
I needed a low-cost board with native WiFi and Bluetooth for a gateway project. This fits the bill perfectly. The GPIO headers are well-labeled, and the community support is growing rapidly.

Reliable and robust for industrial prototypes
We use these in our makerspace for industrial control workshops. They are robust, the eMMC storage is reliable, and the variety of interfaces allows students to try many different sensor projects.

Best bang for buck in education sector
Bought this for my university final year project. The cost-performance ratio is unbeatable. It boots fast, and the HDMI output makes debugging much easier compared to headless boards.
Q: Is the WiFi antenna external or internal?
A: The board features an onboard ceramic antenna for WiFi and Bluetooth. There is also a U.FL connector available if you wish to attach an external high-gain antenna for better range.
Q: Can I power this board via the GPIO pins instead of USB-C?
A: While technically possible to supply 5V via specific GPIO header pins, we strongly recommend using the USB Type-C port for stable power delivery and proper power management sequencing to avoid damaging the board.
Q: What is the maximum resolution supported by the HDMI port?
A: The HDMI interface on the T113 development board supports up to 1080p at 60Hz. It is suitable for connecting to standard monitors and TVs for display output.
Q: Where can I download the source code for the pre-installed image?
A: You can find the full TinaSDK source code, toolchains, and documentation on our official GitHub repository linked in the product manual. We regularly update the repo with new drivers and examples.
Q: Does this board support Android OS?
A: This board is primarily optimized for Linux (TinaSDK/Buildroot). While Allwinner chips can support Android, this specific educational edition focuses on open-source Linux environments. Custom Android ports may require significant development effort.
