Good performance, runs hot under load
Performance is top-notch for the price point. I noticed it gets slightly warm when running intensive floating-point calculations at max frequency, but nothing concerning. Works well with Keil and STM32CubeIDE.

Perfect for learning embedded systems

Solid hardware, minimal documentation
The board quality is excellent and the chip is genuine. However, you will need to find your own schematics online as the included paper guide is very basic. Still recommended for experienced users.

Reliable minimum system board

Excellent starter kit component
Bought this to replace a damaged board in my lab. It functions identically to the more expensive branded versions. The USB connector feels sturdy enough for repeated plugging.

A: No, this is a minimum system board. You will need an external debugger/programmer such as an ST-Link V2 or J-Link to upload code.
Q: Is this compatible with Arduino IDE?
A: Yes, it can be programmed using the Arduino IDE by installing the appropriate STM32 board support package (BSP) via the Board Manager.
Q: Can I power this board directly via the VIN pin with 9V?
A: Yes, the VIN pin accepts an input voltage range of roughly 5V to 9V, which is then regulated down to 3.3V for the microcontroller.
Q: Which specific chip variant is shipped if I don't select one?
