Steep learning curve but worth it
As someone new to RF development, this board was a bit overwhelming at first. However, the community support is fantastic. Once I got the example codes running, I was able to create a custom remote control system in a weekend.

Excellent value for multi-protocol development
Having ESP8266 and ESP32 capabilities on one board with dedicated RF chips saves so much space on my workbench. It handles Wi-Fi and sub-GHz communication simultaneously without issues. Highly recommended for prototyping.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The build quality is solid and the antenna connection is secure. I successfully tested the flying mouse functionality with minimal latency. However, finding specific pinout diagrams for the CC1101 module took some digging in community forums.

Good board but runs warm
Functionality is as advertised, and the GPIO access is convenient. I noticed the ESP32 gets quite warm when running Wi-Fi and RF transmission together for extended periods. Adding a small heatsink solved the issue for my use case.
