High precision module
Replaced a failing unit from another brand with this one. The noise rejection on the signal is much better. Very happy with the purchase for our automation project.

Perfect for CNC retrofit
Installed this on an old milling machine to digitize the axis movement. The 4-20mA output is very stable and integrates perfectly with our PLC. Installation was straightforward.

Robust industrial grade
Been running this in a dusty workshop environment for three months without any issues. The IP65 rating holds up well. Signal conversion from resistance to voltage is seamless.

Reliable displacement tracking
Using it for a testing rig application. The response time is fast and there is no noticeable lag. Deducting one star only because the mounting brackets are sold separately.

Good value, accurate reading
We use these for monitoring hydraulic cylinder positions. The linearity is impressive for the price point. Only minor issue was the cable length was slightly shorter than expected, but easily extended.

Excellent technical support
Had a question about wiring the 0-10V configuration. The support team responded quickly with a clear diagram. The sensor works exactly as described.
Q: What is the maximum stroke length available for this model?
A: Standard lengths go up to 2000mm, but we can manufacture custom lengths up to 3000mm upon request. Please contact sales for custom orders.
Q: Can this module be powered directly by a 24V PLC supply?
A: Yes, the operating voltage range is 12V DC to 24V DC, so it is fully compatible with standard 24V PLC power supplies.
Q: Does this come with a calibration certificate?
A: Each unit undergoes factory testing, and a standard test report is included in the box. An accredited calibration certificate is available as an optional add-on.
Q: How do I mount this sensor on a flat surface?
A: The housing features pre-drilled mounting holes on the sides and bottom. We recommend using M4 screws and ensuring the wiper arm moves freely without binding.
Q: Is the output signal configurable after purchase or is it fixed?
A: The module comes with jumpers inside the housing that allow you to select between 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA outputs before final installation.
