Great quality, easy install
The installation was straightforward and took less than 10 minutes. The heating is very consistent. I deducted one star only because the silicone sock fit was a bit tight, but it works fine once installed.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened nozzle assembly specifically for printing carbon fiber reinforced PLA. The print quality is exceptional, and there is no sign of wear after 50 hours of printing. Highly recommended for the Pro2.

Solid performance
Works exactly as described. The heat distribution seems even, and the build quality feels robust. It's a bit pricier than generic options, but the reliability is worth it for professional work.

Essential for engineering materials
If you plan to print nylon or glass-filled materials, this is a must-have. The hardened alloy holds up much better than standard brass nozzles. No clogging issues so far.

Replaced my worn-out hotend with this unit. The difference in extrusion consistency is night and day. My calibration prints are now flawless. Fast shipping too!
Q: Can this handle printing at 280 degrees continuously?
A: Yes, the hardened alloy components are rated for continuous operation up to 300°C without degradation.
Q: Does this come with a new thermal paste applied?
A: Yes, the thermal interface between the heater block and the heat break is pre-applied with high-quality thermal paste at the factory.
Q: What is the warranty period for this specific part?
A: This nozzle assembly comes with a standard 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my E-steps after installing this?
A: While not always strictly necessary, we highly recommend performing an E-steps calibration and a flow rate test after swapping hotends to ensure optimal print accuracy.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Pro2 or only the Pro2 Plus?
A: This assembly is fully compatible with both the original Pro2 and the Pro2 Plus models.
