Essential for serious printing
If you are serious about 3D printing beyond basic PLA, this is a must-have. The thermal stability provided by the titanium component prevents jams during long prints. My success rate has gone up to nearly 100%.

No more PTFE degradation
Finally, an extruder that handles 280°C+ without worrying about the PTFE tube degrading. The installation on my Ender-3 V2 was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. Highly recommended for advanced users.

Solid construction
The machining on the titanium throat is precise. There are no gaps between the heat break and the nozzle, which ensures consistent melting. My print quality on flexible TPU has improved significantly.

Great quality but requires tuning
The build quality is excellent and the titanium throat feels very durable. However, you do need to recalibrate your E-steps and temperature settings slightly compared to the stock extruder. Once tuned, it prints beautifully.

Good value for money
For the price, this is a fantastic upgrade. It allows me to experiment with engineering-grade materials. The only minor issue is that the included wrench felt a bit flimsy, but the extruder itself is rock solid.

Perfect upgrade for high-temp filaments
I switched from the stock PTFE lined tube to this all-metal titanium version and the difference is night and day. I can now print ABS and Nylon without any clogging issues. The heat creep is completely gone.
Q: What is the maximum safe operating temperature?
A: The titanium throat and all-metal design allow for safe operation up to 300°C. We recommend staying within the filament manufacturer's suggested temperature ranges for best results.
Q: Do I need to upgrade my hotend fan when installing this?
A: While not strictly mandatory, we highly recommend ensuring your part cooling fan is functioning optimally. All-metal hotends rely more heavily on active cooling to prevent heat creep than PTFE-lined tubes.
Q: Can this handle abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: The titanium throat is resistant to abrasion, but the included brass nozzle is not. For carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments, please replace the brass nozzle with a hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender-3, not just the V2?
A: Absolutely. The mounting dimensions and connector types are identical for the original Ender-3, Ender-3 Pro, and Ender-3 V2 models.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle installed?
A: Yes, the unit comes pre-installed with a standard 0.4mm brass nozzle. It also includes two spare nozzles in the package.
