Perfect replacement part
My original extruder started skipping steps after a year of heavy use. This assembly fit my Q1 Pro perfectly and was easy to install. Printing quality is back to normal.

Solid upgrade
Works well with both PLA and PETG. The motor seems slightly quieter than my old one. Only giving 4 stars because the cable management clips were a bit tight.

Good quality, clear instructions needed
The build quality is excellent and feels sturdy. However, the installation guide could be more detailed for beginners. Once installed, it works flawlessly.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Q1 model or only the Q1 Pro?
A: This specific assembly is designed exclusively for the Q1 Pro model. The mounting points and electronics differ slightly from the original Q1, so it is not compatible with the standard Q1.
Q: Can I use this with flexible filaments like TPU?
A: Yes, the extruder gear design supports flexible filaments such as TPU, provided you adjust the retraction settings in your slicer software appropriately for your specific print setup.
Q: How long is the warranty on this replacement part?
A: This extruder assembly comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will typically need a hex key set (usually 2mm and 2.5mm) and a small Phillips head screwdriver. All necessary screws are included with the assembly.
Q: Does this assembly come with the heating block and nozzle?
A: No, this product is the extruder assembly only and does not include the hotend, heating block, or nozzle. You will need to transfer those components from your old assembly or purchase them separately.
