Great value kit
For the price, you can't beat getting ten nozzles plus the wire. Print quality remains consistent after swapping them in.

Reliable for daily use
We use these in our office prototyping lab. They hold up well under continuous operation. The CC40 connector is very stable.

Good quality, fast shipping
The nozzles work well with standard filaments. Installation was straightforward. One nozzle had a slight burr but the rest were flawless.

Decent but instructions unclear
The hardware itself seems fine, but the packaging lacked clear installation diagrams. Had to look up a guide online to ensure proper seating.

Essential for maintenance
Always good to have spares on hand. These are durable and handle higher temperatures without issue. The 1m wire is just the right length for my setup.
Q: Does the wire come pre-cut or on a spool?
A: The CC40 wire is pre-cut to 1 meter in length and is ready for immediate installation without needing to be cut from a larger spool.
Q: Are replacement heaters included in this kit?
A: No, this kit contains only the nozzles and the CC40 wire. Heaters and thermistors must be purchased separately if replacement is needed.
Q: What is the diameter of the nozzles included?
A: This specific kit (10R/RWV3) typically includes 0.4mm nozzles, which are standard for most general-purpose 3D printing applications.
Q: Is this kit compatible with 12V printers?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for 24V extruder systems. Using it with a 12V system may result in improper heating or performance issues.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like carbon fiber with these nozzles?
A: Yes, these nozzles are made from hardened steel, making them suitable for abrasive materials such as carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments.
