Consistent extrusion
I switched from standard nozzles to these for larger layer heights. The extrusion is very consistent and the print quality on bulk items has improved significantly.

Reliable for our lab
We use these in our university makerspace. They hold up well to frequent changes and different filament types. Highly recommend for educational environments.

Good value pack
Great price for a 4-pack. They fit my E3D setup perfectly. One nozzle had a slightly rough thread but it still screwed in fine without leaking.

Decent but not premium
They work as expected for the price. Don't expect hardened steel performance, but for standard PLA and PETG, they do the job well enough.

Perfect for high speed prints
These nozzles are exactly what I needed for my Volcano hotend. The flow rate is excellent and the brass quality feels durable. No clogging issues so far after 20 hours of printing.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Ender 3 Pro if I upgrade to a Volcano hotend?
A: Yes, as long as you have installed an E3D Volcano style hotend block on your Ender 3 Pro, these M6 threaded nozzles will fit perfectly.
Q: Is the bore diameter strictly 0.4mm or is there tolerance?
A: The nozzles are manufactured with a standard industry tolerance, typically within ±0.02mm of the stated 0.4mm diameter, ensuring reliable print dimensions.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for ABS filament with these nozzles?
A: These brass nozzles can safely handle temperatures up to 300°C, which is more than sufficient for ABS, PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments.
Q: Do these come with a wrench for installation?
A: No, this package includes only the four brass nozzles. You will need to use your own 7mm socket or nozzle wrench for installation.
Q: Can I use these with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber filled PLA?
A: We do not recommend using standard brass nozzles with abrasive filaments as they will wear out quickly. Please consider our hardened steel nozzle options for those materials.
