Essential tool for any 3D printer owner
I keep a pack of these next to my printer at all times. Copper is soft enough that it won't scratch the interior of the nozzle like steel needles might. Highly recommended.

Easy to use
Very simple to use. Just heat the nozzle, insert the wire, and wiggle it around. The gunk comes right out. The handle stays cool enough to hold comfortably.

Decent but wears out
They work great initially, but the bristles tend to fray after about 10 uses. For the price, though, you get enough in the pack to last a long time.

Bulk buy for our lab

Good value for money
Works well for routine maintenance. The wire is flexible enough not to damage the brass nozzle but stiff enough to push debris out. One brush bent slightly, but the pack has plenty of spares.

Saved my print head!
My nozzle was completely clogged with burnt PLA. This copper wire brush went right in and cleared the blockage in seconds. Much better than trying to drill it out.
Q: Do I need to remove the nozzle from the printer to use this?
A: No, you do not need to remove the nozzle. Simply heat the hotend to your printing temperature, carefully insert the wire from the top or bottom (depending on your printer design), and gently move it back and forth.
Q: How many brushes are included in one package?
A: Each package contains 5 individual cleaning brushes. Since they are consumable items that may wear out over time, this quantity provides good value for regular maintenance.
Q: Will this work with a 0.2mm nozzle?
A: This specific set is designed primarily for standard 0.4mm nozzles. Using it on a 0.2mm nozzle may be difficult as the wire diameter might be too large. We recommend checking the exact wire thickness before purchase for micro-nozzles.
Q: Can this be used to clean ABS residue?
A: Yes, these brushes are effective for clearing clogs caused by various filament types, including ABS, PLA, and PETG, provided the nozzle is heated to the appropriate temperature for the material stuck inside.
