Perfect replacement for abrasive filaments

I switched to this hardened steel hotend to print carbon fiber reinforced PLA, and it works flawlessly. The installation on my X1-Carbon was straightforward, taking less than 10 minutes. No clogs so far after 500g of printing.

Great quality but runs slightly hotter

The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I noticed the temperature reading seems to run about 2-3 degrees higher than my original brass nozzle, so I had to tweak my profiles slightly. Otherwise, a solid upgrade.

Good but overkill for standard PLA

It works well, but honestly, if you only print regular PLA or PETG, the standard brass nozzle is fine. This one takes a bit longer to heat up due to the mass of the hardened steel. Only buy if you need the durability.
