Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this nozzle after burning through three brass ones with carbon fiber PLA. It has lasted months without any signs of wear. The print quality remains consistent.

Solid build quality
The machining on the threads is excellent, ensuring a tight seal without leaking. Only giving 4 stars because it took a day to arrive, but the product itself is flawless.

No more clogs
The internal surface seems very smooth. I haven't experienced a single clog since installing this, even when switching between different material types frequently.

Best investment for serious printing
We use these in our office for all prototype runs involving nylon and glass-filled filaments. They save us money in the long run by not needing constant replacement.

Great durability, needs higher temp
This nozzle is incredibly tough. I did have to increase my printing temperature by about 5 degrees compared to brass, but the results are worth it for engineering materials.
Q: What is the exact length of the nozzle?
A: The total length is approximately 23mm, which is standard for V6 compatible nozzles.
Q: Can I use this with pure copper filament?
A: While this nozzle is wear-resistant, pure metal filaments can be extremely abrasive. We recommend checking specific filament manufacturer guidelines, but this hardened steel nozzle is among the best options available for such materials.
Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package includes only the nozzle. You will need your own 7mm socket or nozzle wrench for installation.
Q: Do I need to change my retraction settings?
A: Generally, no major changes are needed. However, due to the thermal properties of hardened steel, you might need to tweak temperature and slightly adjust retraction distance by 0.2-0.5mm for optimal results.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Ender 3 Pro?
A: Yes, provided your Ender 3 Pro is equipped with an E3D V6 style hotend. It uses the standard M6 thread.
