Excellent heat distribution
I print a lot of ABS and this hotend maintains temperature very consistently. No more under-extrusion issues. Highly recommend for heavy users.

Saved my printer

Works but fan is loud
The heating element works perfectly, but the included cooling fan is noticeably louder than the stock one. I might swap it out later, but for the price, it does the job.

Good value, minor wiring adjustment
The unit works great and heats up quickly. I had to slightly adjust the wire length on the thermistor to fit neatly in the cable chain, but otherwise, it's a solid product.

Perfect replacement for my CR-6 SE
My original hotend started clogging frequently after six months. This upgrade was a direct fit and took only 15 minutes to install. Print quality is back to normal immediately.

Solid build quality
Feels sturdy and well-machined. The brass nozzle threads in smoothly. Deducting one star because the instructions were just a small diagram, but installation is straightforward if you know your way around a 3D printer.
Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installing this?
A: Yes, whenever you replace the hotend assembly, it is highly recommended to re-level your build plate and check the Z-offset to ensure perfect first layer adhesion.
Q: Can I use non-Creality branded 1.75mm filament with this?
A: Absolutely. As long as the filament is standard 1.75mm diameter, any brand will work correctly with this extruder assembly.
Q: Does this come with the silicone sock?
A: No, this assembly does not include the silicone sock. You can reuse your existing one if it is in good condition or purchase one separately.
Q: Is this compatible with the CR-6 Max?
A: No, this specific model is designed exclusively for the Creality CR-6 SE. The mounting points and wiring differ for the CR-6 Max.
