Good quality, very thin
The steel feels durable and the grip is nice. They are extremely thin, which is exactly what I needed for my 0.25mm setup. Just be careful not to bend them if you apply too much pressure. Overall a great tool for the price.

Perfect fit
Bought these specifically for my resin-to-filament transition experiments with fine nozzles. They work exactly as described. The stainless steel doesn't seem to leave any residue behind either.

Essential maintenance tool
If you print with small layer heights, you need these. Regular cleaning wires are often too thick for 0.2mm nozzles. These fit perfectly and make clearing partial clogs a breeze before they become full blockages.

Works well but bends easily
They do the job of cleaning the nozzle, but because they are so thin to fit the 0.2mm hole, they can bend if you aren't gentle. I managed to kink one slightly. Still useful, just handle with care.

Great value pack
Ten pieces is a lot for the price. Even if you lose or bend a few, you have plenty of spares. My print quality has improved significantly since I started using these for routine maintenance.

Saved my fine detail prints
I was constantly struggling with clogs on my 0.2mm nozzle when printing miniatures. These needles are the perfect size and slid right in to clear the blockage without damaging the interior. Highly recommended for anyone doing high-res work.
Q: Is this compatible with brass and hardened steel nozzles?
A: Yes, these stainless steel needles are safe to use with both brass and hardened steel nozzles. They are designed to clear debris without scratching or damaging the internal bore of the nozzle.
Q: Are these needles flexible or rigid?
A: They are made of stainless steel, so they are relatively rigid to push through clogs, but due to their fine diameter (0.2-0.3mm), they can bend if excessive lateral force is applied. Please insert them straight and gently.
Q: Do I need to clean the needles after use?
A: Yes, it is good practice to wipe the needles with a lint-free cloth or a little isopropyl alcohol after use to remove any melted filament residue before storing them.
Q: Can these be used while the nozzle is hot?
A: It is generally safer to clean the nozzle when it is heated to printing temperature (to soften the plastic) but please use tweezers or heat-resistant gloves to hold the needle to avoid burns. Do not touch the metal needle directly with bare hands immediately after contact with a hot end.
Q: Will these fit a standard 0.4mm nozzle?
A: While they will physically fit inside a 0.4mm nozzle, they are specifically designed and sized for 0.2mm, 0.25mm, and 0.3mm nozzles. For 0.4mm nozzles, we recommend our standard cleaning kit for a better fit.
