5 FAQ
Q: Does the package include a spare heater cartridge?
A: No, this kit includes the extruder block and nozzle assembly only. It utilizes your existing heater cartridge and thermistor.
Q: Can this nozzle print pure carbon fiber filament?
A: Yes, the bimetallic hardened steel construction is designed to resist abrasion from carbon fiber, glass fiber, and other composite filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Creality K2?
A: This kit is specifically designed for the K2 Plus model. While it may physically fit the original K2, we recommend checking your specific hotend assembly before purchasing.
Q: How do I perform the quick-release swap?
A: Heat the hotend to operating temperature, use the provided tool to depress the locking clip, and pull the nozzle assembly straight out. Insert the new one until it clicks.
Q: What is the diameter of the nozzle tip included?
A: The standard kit comes with a 0.4mm nozzle tip. Other sizes can be purchased separately if you need finer detail or faster flow rates.
