Must-have accessory
If you own a Bambu Lab printer and plan to print anything other than basic PLA, buy this kit immediately. The peace of mind knowing your nozzle won't deform or widen over time is invaluable. The storage case is also a nice touch.

Solid upgrade
Good quality steel that holds up well against abrasive composites. My only minor complaint is that the surface isn't as smooth as some plated nozzles, which can sometimes require a tiny bit more cleaning between color changes, but performance is top-notch.

Great durability, slightly longer heat-up
These nozzles are incredibly durable and handle glass-filled nylon perfectly. I noticed the heat-up time is marginally slower compared to brass due to the material density, but it's negligible once printing starts. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

Perfect fit for X1C
Installation was straightforward using the included tool. The threads fit perfectly on my X1C hotend with no leaks. I've been running the 0.6mm nozzle for larger structural parts and the flow rate is excellent. Worth every penny.

Saved my printer from wear
I didn't realize how much I was damaging my hotend until I switched to this kit. The hardened steel protects the entire heating block assembly. The variety pack allows me to switch between detail work and speed printing easily.

Essential for abrasive filaments
I switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The standard brass nozzle wore out in just two spools, but these have lasted through ten without any signs of wear or diameter change. Print quality remains crisp and consistent.
Q: How often should I replace these nozzles?
A: Unlike brass nozzles which may need replacement after every few spools of abrasive material, hardened steel nozzles can last for hundreds of hours of printing even with carbon fiber or glass-filled filaments. Replace only if you notice clogging that cannot be cleared or physical damage.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P?
A: Yes, these hardened steel nozzles are fully compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P, P1S, X1, X1C, and X1E models as they all share the same M6 thread hotend design.
Q: Can I use these nozzles with standard PLA filament?
