Perfect texture for detailed prints
The creative pattern on this plate adds a nice finish to my PLA prints. Adhesion is excellent, and parts pop off easily once the bed cools down.

Essential accessory for A1 owners

Good value but needs cleaning
Works well out of the box, but I recommend wiping it with IPA before the first use to remove any manufacturing residue. After that, prints stick great.

Great upgrade from smooth PEI
I switched from the smooth plate to this textured one for my P1S. It hides layer lines better, though it does leave a slight texture on the bottom of very flat models.

Love the unique pattern
The creative pattern isn't just functional; it looks cool too. My clients love the matte finish it gives to the bottom of their custom parts.

A: Yes, this Textured PEI Build Plate is fully compatible with the X1, X1C, and X1E models as they share the same bed dimensions.
Q: Can I use glue stick with this textured surface?
A: Generally, no glue stick is required for PLA or PETG on this textured PEI surface. However, for difficult materials like Nylon, a light application may help.
Q: Does the texture transfer to the print significantly?
A: Yes, the bottom layer of your print will adopt the textured pattern. This is often desired for aesthetic reasons but should be considered for functional mating surfaces.
Q: How do I clean the textured surface without damaging the pattern?
