Great quality but installation takes patience
The build quality is top-notch and feels very durable. Installation was a bit tricky for a beginner as you need to be careful with the thermistor wiring, but once installed, prints are perfect.

Seamless replacement
My original hotend got damaged, and this kit was an exact fit. The silicone sock fits snugly, and the heating is consistent. My P1S is back in action.

Essential for abrasive materials
I needed something more robust than the brass nozzle for carbon-fiber filled nylon. This stainless steel setup handles it without clogging. Highly recommended for engineering-grade prints.

Good value for the price
Does exactly what it says. I can now print at higher temperatures without fear of the PTFE tube degrading. Only minor issue was the instructions could be clearer.

Reliable and durable
Been running this for three weeks straight on a farm of printers. Zero failures, consistent flow rate, and the stainless steel holds up well against cleaning brushes.

Perfect upgrade for high-temp filaments
Switched to this all-metal hotend kit to print polycarbonate and it works flawlessly. The temperature stability is excellent and the stainless steel nozzle shows no signs of wear after several spools.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate the flow rate after installation?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to run the flow rate calibration and vibration calibration in the printer settings after installing any new hotend components to ensure optimal print quality.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the P1 Series (P1P and P1S). The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend assembly configuration.
Q: Can I use this nozzle for printing PLA?
A: Yes, absolutely. While optimized for higher temperatures, it works perfectly fine with PLA, PETG, and other standard filaments.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The all-metal hotend is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for most engineering filaments including PC and Nylon.
Q: Does the kit include a spare thermistor?
A: The kit includes the pre-assembled hotend with the thermistor already installed. We recommend handling the existing one carefully during installation rather than replacing it unless damaged.
