Great quality but installation takes patience
The build quality is top-notch and feels very durable. Installation was a bit tricky for a beginner as you need to be careful with the thermistor wiring, but once installed, prints are perfect.

Seamless replacement

Good value for the price

Perfect upgrade for high-temp filaments
Switched to this all-metal hotend kit to print polycarbonate and it works flawlessly. The temperature stability is excellent and the stainless steel nozzle shows no signs of wear after several spools.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate the flow rate after installation?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to run the flow rate calibration and vibration calibration in the printer settings after installing any new hotend components to ensure optimal print quality.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the P1 Series (P1P and P1S). The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend assembly configuration.
Q: Can I use this nozzle for printing PLA?
A: Yes, absolutely. While optimized for higher temperatures, it works perfectly fine with PLA, PETG, and other standard filaments.
