Essential upgrade for P2S
If you plan on doing any serious engineering prints with your Bambu P2S, this is a must-have. The 0.6mm option speeds up my prototype iterations significantly without losing detail.

Finally printing CF-GF successfully

Perfect for abrasive filaments

Good value for money

Smooth installation
Came with the necessary tool which made swapping the nozzle very easy. The threads were perfect and it seated nicely. My first test print came out flawless.

Great quality but requires care
The print quality is excellent and the flow rate is consistent. Just remember that hardened steel is brittle, so be very careful not to overtighten it during installation to avoid cracking.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, you can use standard PLA. However, please note that hardened steel has lower thermal conductivity than brass, so you may need to increase your printing temperature by 5-10°C for optimal results.
Q: Do I need to perform a flow calibration after installing this?
A: Yes, it is highly recommended to run the automatic flow calibration in the printer settings after changing the nozzle to ensure accurate extrusion rates for the new hardware.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original X1 Carbon printer?
A: No, this specific high-flow hotend is designed exclusively for the P2S and H2 series (H2D, H2S, H2C). The X1 Carbon uses a different hotend assembly.
Q: How do I clean clogs if they occur in a hardened steel nozzle?
A: Since you cannot easily drill out a hardened steel nozzle, we recommend using the 'cold pull' method with cleaning filament or performing a chemical soak if the clog is severe. Avoid using metal picks that could damage the interior surface.
Q: What is the difference between the 0.4mm and 0.8mm versions?
A: The number refers to the diameter of the extrusion hole. A 0.4mm nozzle provides higher detail and is standard for most prints, while a 0.8mm nozzle extrudes more material faster, ideal for large, strong parts with less fine detail.
