Easy swap, reliable performance
Replaced my old hotend in under 5 minutes. The QD connector makes it incredibly easy compared to older printer models. Print adhesion and layer consistency are spot on right out of the box.

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with metallic PLA on my stock nozzle. Since installing this hardened steel assembly, I haven't had a single jam. The heat distribution is even and the silicone sock fits perfectly.

Perfect replacement for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle to print carbon fiber reinforced PLA, and it works flawlessly. The installation on my A1 mini was straightforward using the quick disconnect system. No clogs so far after 200 grams of printing.

Good product, shipping took a while
The nozzle itself is fantastic and prints great with PETG and ABS. However, the shipping took longer than expected. The product is genuine and works well, just wish the delivery was faster.

Essential upgrade for engineering materials
If you plan on printing anything with glass fiber or carbon fiber, this is a must-have. The standard brass nozzle wore out in a single spool, but this hardened steel one shows zero signs of wear. Highly recommended for the A1.

Great quality but runs slightly hotter
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I noticed the temperature reading seems to run about 2-3 degrees higher than my brass nozzle, so I had to tweak my profiles slightly. Once calibrated, prints are perfect.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P?
A: No, this specific assembly is designed exclusively for the A1 and A1 mini series due to differences in the toolhead mounting and connector types.
Q: Does this come with a new heater cartridge?
A: Yes, the package includes the complete hotend assembly with the heater cartridge, thermistor, and nozzle pre-installed.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with standard PLA?
A: Yes, you can absolutely use standard PLA. While it is optimized for abrasive filaments, it works perfectly fine with regular materials like PLA, PETG, and TPU.
Q: How do I know if I need to replace my current nozzle?
A: Signs include inconsistent extrusion, visible wear on the nozzle tip, or frequent clogs when printing abrasive materials. If you see oval-shaped openings instead of round ones, it's time to replace.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous printing?
A: While the components can withstand up to 300°C, we recommend continuous printing at temperatures below 280°C to ensure optimal longevity of the heater and thermistor.
