Perfect for learning 8051 architecture
This board is exactly what I needed to get started with the STC8 series. The pinout is clearly labeled, and it works flawlessly with the STC-ISP software. Great value for the price.

Good quality, minor soldering needed
The core board itself is high quality. Note that you may need to solder header pins yourself depending on your setup. Once connected, programming was quick and easy.

Excellent for university projects
Used this for my embedded systems final project. The 33MHz speed is plenty for basic control tasks, and the low power consumption is a bonus. Highly recommended for students.

Great starter board

Reliable and compact
Very compact design fits well into small prototypes. I've tested the UART and PWM functions extensively without any issues. A solid choice for industrial control prototyping.
