Great features, steep learning curve
The nRF52840 is a powerhouse chip. While the board itself is high quality, beginners might find the SDK configuration a bit challenging initially. Once you get past that, it works flawlessly.

Excellent connectivity options
I needed a board that supports both BLE and Thread, and this fits the bill perfectly. The NFC functionality is a nice bonus for pairing demonstrations. Highly recommended for industrial prototypes.

Perfect for IoT Prototyping
This board is incredibly versatile. I successfully set up a Bluetooth Mesh network within an hour. The documentation from Nordic is excellent, and the hardware feels very robust.

Industry standard for a reason
If you are developing commercial BLE products, this is the dev kit to start with. It accurately represents the final module performance. The pinout is clearly labeled which saves time during wiring.

Solid hardware, good community support
