Kids love it, parents learn from it
Bought this to teach my teenager about robotics. The AI features for obstacle avoidance are fun to tweak. It's durable enough to survive a few bumps on the desk. Highly recommended for educational purposes.

A must-have for STM32 enthusiasts
Adding this to my collection was a no-brainer. The integration of the OLED screen for displaying 'emotions' adds a nice touch. The GPIO pins are easily accessible for adding custom sensors.

Perfect for learning embedded systems
This little robot dog is an excellent way to get started with STM32 development. The documentation is clear, and the servo movements are surprisingly smooth. I managed to program a custom walking gait within a weekend.

Great hardware, steep learning curve
The build quality is solid and the sensors work well. However, if you are new to ARM architecture, be prepared to spend some time reading the datasheets. Once configured, it's a fantastic desktop companion.

Fun project but battery life could be better
The robot is adorable and functions as advertised. My only complaint is that the battery drains relatively quickly when all servos are active. I ended up buying a spare battery for longer sessions.
Q: Does this kit come with pre-written code to make the dog walk out of the box?
A: Yes, the kit includes a microSD card with basic firmware that allows the robot to perform standard walking, sitting, and obstacle avoidance routines immediately after charging.
Q: Can I control the robot via smartphone?
A: Absolutely. The board features a Bluetooth module compatible with our free mobile app available on iOS and Android, allowing you to control movements and view sensor data in real-time.
Q: Is the chassis 3D printable if I want to customize the design?
A: Yes, we provide the STL files for the current chassis on our official GitHub repository, so you can modify and 3D print your own custom body parts.
Q: What voltage regulator does the board use?
A: The board utilizes a high-efficiency LDO regulator capable of handling input voltages from 5V to 9V, ensuring stable power delivery to the STM32 chip and servos.
Q: Is this suitable for complete beginners with no coding experience?
A: While it is designed for learning, having basic knowledge of C or C++ is helpful. However, we also support block-based programming environments which are great for absolute beginners.
