Easy to set up for beginners
I was worried about the learning curve, but the community support for ESP32 is huge. Got my first LED blinking over Wi-Fi in under an hour. Very satisfied.

Solid board for the price
Good build quality. The only minor issue is that the USB cable included feels a bit flimsy, but the board itself is robust. Works great with PlatformIO.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The ESP32 module is genuine and connects to Wi-Fi instantly. However, the printed manual is a bit sparse. I had to rely on online tutorials, but once set up, it runs perfectly.

Reliable and fast shipping
Arrived earlier than expected. All components were neatly packed. Tested the Wi-Fi range and it's impressive compared to older ESP8266 boards I own.
Q: Is this board compatible with the Arduino IDE?
A: Yes, this ESP32 board is fully compatible with the Arduino IDE. You just need to install the ESP32 board manager package.
Q: Does the kit include a power adapter?
A: The kit includes a USB cable for power and data transfer, but it does not include a wall power adapter. You can use any standard 5V USB charger.
Q: Is the Bluetooth Classic supported or only BLE?
A: This ESP32 module supports both Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR) and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), giving you flexibility for various connection types.
Q: What is the maximum current draw per GPIO pin?
A: Each GPIO pin can source or sink up to 40mA. However, the total current for all ports combined should not exceed specific limits detailed in the datasheet.
Q: Can I use this for battery-powered projects?
A: Absolutely. The ESP32 supports deep sleep modes making it ideal for battery applications. You can connect a LiPo battery via the appropriate pins with a regulator.
