Perfect size adjustment
Being able to remove sections to adjust the diameter was a game changer for me. I could customize it perfectly for my height. The locking mechanism is secure and hasn't come loose during workouts.

Fun and effective
I actually look forward to my workout now. It's much more entertaining than standard ab exercises. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the assembly instructions were a little unclear, but I figured it out quickly.
