Perfect for plantar fasciitis relief

I use this every morning before getting out of bed. The texture is firm enough to really work out the knots in my arches without being painful. Highly recommend for anyone with foot pain.

Good but smell was strong initially

The ball works well for massage, but it had a strong rubber smell when I first opened it. I had to leave it outside for two days to air out. Once the smell faded, it has been great.

Yoga essential

Better than a tennis ball

Great quality, very firm
