Perfect for plantar fasciitis relief
I use this every morning before getting out of bed. The texture is firm enough to really work out the knots in my arches without being painful. Highly recommend for anyone with foot pain.

Good but smell was strong initially
The ball works well for massage, but it had a strong rubber smell when I first opened it. I had to leave it outside for two days to air out. Once the smell faded, it has been great.

Yoga essential

Better than a tennis ball
I used to use a tennis ball for foot massage, but this fascia ball provides much better pressure and doesn't lose its shape over time. Worth the upgrade.

Compact and effective

Great quality, very firm
This ball is denser than I expected, which is actually a good thing for deep tissue work. I use it on my lower back after lifting sessions. Took off one star because it might be too hard for beginners.

A: Yes, however, since it is designed for deep tissue, we recommend starting with light pressure and short sessions (2-3 minutes) to allow your muscles to adapt.
