Great relief after long work days
I sit at a desk all day and my lower back always hurts by evening. This stretcher has been a game changer. I use it for 10 minutes while lying down and feel immediate relief. The foam is firm but comfortable.

Good but takes getting used to
The device works as described, but the arch is quite pronounced. If you have severe back issues, start slowly. It's a bit intense for the first few uses but manageable once you adjust.

Solid construction
Very happy with the purchase. The plastic feels durable and doesn't creak under pressure. It has helped improve my posture significantly over the last month of daily use.

Sturdy and effective
Build quality is excellent. It feels very stable even when I fully lean back on it. Took off one star because it took a few days to get used to the curvature, but now I love it.

Perfect for yoga cool-downs
I incorporate this into my post-yoga routine. It helps open up the spine nicely after forward folds. The dual-use feature is great; I sometimes use it behind my chair while working too.

Compact and portable
Love that I can take this to the office or on trips. It's lightweight and fits easily in my gym bag. The non-slip surface gives me confidence when using it on smooth floors.
Q: Is the foam cover removable for washing?
A: The TPE foam padding is integrated into the structure for durability and is not designed to be removed. We recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth and mild soap for cleaning.
Q: Does it come with an instruction guide?
A: Yes, each unit includes a printed quick-start guide with illustrations on how to properly position the stretcher for both sitting and lying exercises.
Q: What is the maximum weight limit for safe usage?
A: Our testing confirms the device safely supports users up to 300 lbs (136 kg). Please ensure the device is placed on a flat, stable surface before use.
Q: Can I use this if I have a herniated disc?
A: We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider or physical therapist before using any traction device if you have existing spinal conditions like a herniated disc.
Q: Can this be used by someone who is 6'2" tall?
A: Yes, the design accommodates various heights. While it targets the lumbar region specifically, users up to 6'5" have reported comfortable usage for lower back stretching.
