Perfect for prenatal exercises
I bought this for my third trimester workouts and it has been a game changer. The anti-slip texture gives me confidence when doing pelvic tilts. It feels very sturdy and hasn't lost air after three weeks of daily use.

Helped with postpartum recovery
My physical therapist recommended a mini ball for pelvic floor exercises. This one is perfect. It holds air well, doesn't smell like cheap rubber, and the pump included works surprisingly fast.

Good but firm
The ball is very firm even when not fully inflated. It might take some getting used to if you prefer a softer cushion. Otherwise, the construction seems solid and safe.

Great quality, small size
The build quality is excellent and the material feels thick and durable. Just be aware that at 25cm, it is quite small compared to standard yoga balls. It's perfect for targeted muscle work but not for sitting on as a chair.

Compact and effective
Love how easy it is to store in my drawer when not in use. I use it for glute bridges and ab crunches. The explosion-proof claim seems legitimate; it feels incredibly tough.

Excellent grip!
The octopus-like bumps on the surface really do prevent slipping, even when my hands get sweaty during intense pilates sessions. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve core stability.
Q: What is the maximum weight this ball can support?
A: Our testing shows the ball can safely support up to 300 lbs (approx. 136 kg) when properly inflated. However, it is intended for exercise support, not as a seating chair.
Q: Can I use this for physical therapy after knee surgery?
A: Many users utilize this ball for rehabilitation exercises. However, we recommend consulting with your physical therapist or healthcare provider to ensure it is appropriate for your specific recovery stage.
Q: Is this suitable for someone who is 6 months pregnant?
A: Absolutely. This ball is specifically designed with thickened, explosion-proof material to ensure safety for expectant mothers performing gentle pelvic floor and stretching exercises. Always consult your doctor before starting new exercises.
Q: How do I clean the textured surface?
A: You can simply wipe the ball down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers that might damage the anti-slip texture.
Q: Does this come with an inflation pump?
A: Yes, each Keep Mini Yoga Ball includes a manual hand pump and two air stoppers in the package.
