Perfect for my rainwater tank

Good value but instructions could be clearer
The device functions well once you figure out the wiring diagram. It successfully controls my pool refill pump. I deducted one star because the manual was a bit vague on the high/low setting adjustments.

Easy DIY installation

Solved my overflow issue
My old float switch kept getting stuck, causing overflows. This electronic sensor is much more reliable. It cuts the power instantly when the water reaches the top level. Great purchase.
Q: What happens if the power goes out while the pump is running?
A: If power is lost, the pump will stop immediately for safety. Once power is restored, the controller will re-evaluate the water level sensors and resume operation based on the current level status.
Q: Does this module support both filling and draining modes?
A: Yes, the controller features a switch or jumper setting that allows you to toggle between 'Fill Mode' (pump on when low) and 'Drain Mode' (pump on when high). Please refer to page 3 of the manual for details.
Q: Can I connect two pumps to this single module?
A: The relay is rated for 10A. You can connect two pumps only if their combined current draw does not exceed 10A. For higher loads or multiple large pumps, we recommend using an external contactor triggered by this module.
Q: Can this controller handle saltwater in a swimming pool?
A: Yes, the probes are made of Stainless Steel 304 which offers good corrosion resistance for standard chlorinated and mild saltwater pools. However, for extremely high salinity environments, regular inspection is recommended.
Q: Is it possible to extend the probe cables beyond 5 meters?
A: Absolutely. You can extend the cables using standard waterproof junction boxes and appropriate gauge wire. Just ensure all connections are properly sealed to maintain the IP68 rating.
