Solid performance in cold weather
Tested this in my unheated garage during winter. It continued to function correctly even when temperatures dropped near freezing. Slightly slower response time in extreme cold, but acceptable.

Good but heavy for small drones
The sensor works accurately, but it is a bit heavier than I expected for my lightweight drone frame. Excellent for ground vehicles though.

Perfect for outdoor robotics projects
I used this sensor for an autonomous garden robot and it works flawlessly even after rain. The waterproofing is genuine, and the range is consistent up to 3 meters in my tests.

Great value but needs calibration
Works well for a reverse parking assist system I built. Had to tweak the code slightly to filter out noise at very close ranges, but overall very satisfied with the build quality.

Reliable and easy to interface
Connected easily to my Arduino Mega. The documentation provided by the seller was clear. It has survived several accidental splashes during testing without issues.
Q: What is the minimum detection distance?
A: The minimum reliable detection distance is approximately 2cm. Objects closer than this may not be detected accurately due to the ultrasonic blind zone.
Q: Can this sensor be submerged in water?
A: The sensor head is IP67 rated, meaning it can withstand temporary immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, the cable connections should not be submerged.
Q: Does this work with Raspberry Pi GPIO directly?
A: Yes, but since the module operates at 5V logic and Raspberry Pi GPIO is 3.3V, you will need a voltage divider or level shifter for the TX line to avoid damaging the Pi.
