Great precision, minor cable stiffness
The sensor accuracy is excellent for our batching process. The only small issue is that the cable is slightly stiffer than the original, making routing in tight spaces a bit tricky, but it works well once installed.

Robust build quality
Impressed by the stainless steel construction. We operate in a humid environment, and the IP68 rating gives us confidence. No drift in measurements after three weeks of continuous operation.

Perfect fit for our reactor bins
We needed a reliable replacement for our aging Toledo system in the ingredient mixing area. This load cell installed seamlessly and calibrated immediately. The readings are stable and match our reference weights perfectly.

Solid performance
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Tension and compression readings are consistent. I deducted one star because the documentation could be more detailed regarding specific wiring color codes for non-standard controllers.

Reliable for heavy duty use
We use this in a high-vibration environment near large mixers. The load cell holds its zero point remarkably well. It has solved our intermittent weighing errors completely.

Cost-effective solution
Significantly cheaper than buying OEM directly while maintaining high performance. Our maintenance team had no issues swapping out the old module for this one. Highly recommended for industrial scales.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: This product comes with a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and material failures under normal operating conditions.
Q: Does the package include a junction box?
A: No, this package contains only the load cell and mounting adapters. Junction boxes must be purchased separately if your system requires one.
Q: Can I use this outdoors in rainy conditions?
A: Absolutely. With an IP68 rating, this load cell is fully protected against dust and can withstand prolonged immersion in water, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
Q: Is this compatible with the older DYSBS-500 model specifically?
A: Yes, this unit is designed to be mechanically and electrically compatible with the entire DYSBS series, including the 500 model. Please verify your capacity requirements before ordering.
Q: What is the safe overload limit for this sensor?
A: The safe overload limit is typically 150% of the rated capacity, and the ultimate load limit is 300%. Exceeding these limits may cause permanent deformation or damage.
