Perfect for beginner projects

This DHT11 module is exactly what I needed for my first Arduino weather station. The wiring is straightforward, and the library support is excellent. Readings are stable enough for indoor monitoring.

Reliable and cheap

Bought five of these for a university project. All of them worked out of the box. The single-bus interface saves GPIO pins which was crucial for our design.

Good value but limited range

Works great for basic home automation tasks. Just remember that the temperature range stops at 50°C, so it's not suitable for high-heat environments like ovens. For room temp, it's solid.

Decent humidity tracking

Using this to monitor my greenhouse. The humidity readings seem consistent with my standalone hygrometer. Response time is a bit slow (about 2 seconds), but acceptable for this price point.

Works but not precision grade

It does what it says on the tin. Don't expect lab-grade accuracy; there is a noticeable variance compared to professional equipment. However, for triggering fans or lights based on general conditions, it is perfect.
