Best filtration upgrade I've made

Great value and very durable

Solid performance

Easy to use for beginners

Q: Does this replace activated carbon?
A: No, this is primarily for mechanical and biological filtration. For chemical filtration, we suggest using this media alongside a separate layer of activated carbon.
Q: Is this safe for shrimp and sensitive invertebrates?
A: Absolutely. Since it is glue-free and made from inert synthetic fibers, it releases no harmful chemicals and is safe for all aquatic life including shrimp.
