Great value for the price
I was worried about the low price, but the quality is surprisingly good. Very little dust in the bag, and they rinse clean easily. Highly recommend for planted tanks.

Good product, minor breakage
Overall a solid filter media. A few pieces were broken upon arrival, but nothing that affects performance. The bacteria colonization seems to be happening quickly.

My goldfish love it

Excellent biological filtration
These ceramic rings are fantastic. My ammonia levels dropped to zero within a week of adding them to my canister filter. The porous structure seems very high quality.

Works great in saltwater too

Easy to use for beginners
As someone new to aquariums, this made setting up my nitrogen cycle much easier. Instructions were clear, and the results speak for themselves.

Q: Is this safe for shrimp tanks?
A: Absolutely. Our ceramic rings are made from natural clay and are completely non-toxic, making them safe for sensitive species like shrimp, snails, and fry.
Q: Do I need to rinse these before putting them in my tank?
A: Yes, we recommend gently rinsing the ceramic rings with dechlorinated water or old tank water to remove any loose dust before installation. Avoid using tap water as chlorine can kill beneficial bacteria.
